Well, I have to admit I am get a little excited every time U2 creates a new album. I have been a little disappointed in the last two, but hope springs eternal. Get On Your Boots is the first single. It pretty much rocks. I hope that it is a good indication of the rest of the album. It is interesting to follow a band for all these years, and see them go through their life progression. Hungry, and idealistic- Proud, and overconfident- Jaded, and bitter- to their last 2 albums seemed to be at complete peace with themselves, and the world around them. unfortunately If you have made peace with the world, you can't make edgy rock and roll without faking it.
